I wasted 3 weeks waiting on this company to arrange my transport and refund my deposit.
The delivery location was far away from major freeways, and I had heard from other companies that it would probably take more money than the average distance quote to get my car picked up. I decided to go with Agape because of their reviews, what a mistake!
First of, I'll never work with a company that requires a deposit before assigning my vehicle to a driver. Getting my deposit back took almost a week. Second, they never called me to check if I wanted to increase the offer, nothing, I was calling them to find out what was going on and what could we do about it to get my car picked up soon. I offered to increase the offer several times, and they just kept telling me to be patient. I finally told them to add $70 to the offer, but that didn't work either.

After 2 weeks of waiting, I decided to cancel. As soon as I got my deposit back I contacted a different company. They didn't require payment until my car was assigned to a driver, they stayed in contact the whole time, and my car was assigned within 5 days and picked up the day after.

So if your locations are hard, work with someone else. Don't waste your time like I did.

When Lori placed her order then end of January, she chose to go with our Rock Bottom shipping option. She said she was not in a hurry and wanted to save money. Two days after her SUV became available to be transported she did call our office and offered to pay $70 more to help speed up the process. However, she was not interested in going with our Priority option which guarantees pick up in 1-3 days. We always advise customers to consider the Priority option if they are in a time crunch. Lori did cancel her order when her vehicle was not picked up in 14 days. Per the terms and conditions we did refund her deposit. That refund was processed within 3 days. We have no control over how long it takes a credit card company to reflect that credit back on the account. Unfortunately, Lori was shipping her vehicle during the winter months when many states were covered in snow causing a delay in getting vehicles picked up. So it is not always the locations that can cause an issue.
