We have a Ford F-350 Super Crew with a long bed, 6" lift and 35" tires, which takes up two places on a car carrier. AGAPE AUTO TRANSPORT gave us a very fair price for a 3-day guaranteed pick up date. This was our second time using AGAPE AUTO TRANSPORT to get this vehicle from CA to FL as we do each year. The reason we went with them again was because we felt that their customer service representatives were honest with us and actually cared about meeting our needs in a timely manner. Kelly and Sandy are both very nice and were great when there were questions or concerns about the arrangements. They returned calls promptly and got everything taken care of as promised. I was initially concerned about the carrier they contracted to transport our vehicle, but the gentleman who picked up the truck was very polite and there were no issues when the vehicle was delivered. We used another service last year (TRANSPORT SERVICES- they were TERRIBLE!! Would not return calls, made false promises, etc!!) and it was a HUGE disaster, so I'm glad we came back to AGAPE AUTO TRANSPORT because they got the job done when it was promised and were very easy to contact when we had questions.
