The broker, Agape was courteous and professional. I paid for expedited enclosed delivery. The delivery company, Nationwide, was 4 hours late to pick up the car which inconvenienced the seller. The car was delivered 2 days earlier than estimated and with no permanent damage, but it does have a number of greasy exterior smudges which required some cleaning. Overall I am satisfied and am enjoying my new toy.
