Actually I got the referral to use this agency from a military person at the airport. My husband and him started talking and we where looking for someone to transport my son vehicle bak to his home port. They were easily to locate on the web and after submitting information for the quote, I received a quote back in less than 24 hours and was followed up by a phone call as well. Since my son is in the military the dates changed a couple of the while keeping the same cost which was greatly appreciated. Because we made the contact months before we needed them, Candie always contacted me by email letting me know what was going on with our quote. About a week before the pick-up, Candie emailed me letting me know that the pick-up for the car was arranged and I should be expecting a call from the transporter himself. He called and informed on what day that he would likely be out and also the time, he left me his cell number in case I needed to contact him or if I had any questions. The driver was really nice in calling and informing me of any changes of pickup time. He was very nice and had lots of faith to pickup the vehicle when he said he was. He called before 10 minutes of arriving, it was nice to have it picked up at the front door and once the car was loaded he was off and rolling, my son was surprised to see his car in 4 days after it left the midwest. The car arrived a little dirty which was expected due to the current weather, he called my son and informed him on his arrival time and also gave him his number as well. The car arrived in good shape.
