As a first time shipper I would have preferred to have had better warning that this is not going to be door-to-door service. This was not a problem, but it did mean the logistics of the pickup were more complicate than I realized.
While we were not kept up to date on the pickup time well, a phone call produced an answer. And the revised pickup time actually worked out better than the initially projected pick-up time.
Overall, I was delighted with the service, and would both use it again and recommend it.
