Candie was helpful and knowledgeable. The initial pick-up attempt was made on the first day I had specified. However, I had jumped the gun and did not realize that the seller was not ready to release the car. I did have to pay a $50 rescheduling fee, but it was my fault. Candie hung in with me and got it rescheduled. She and Jeremy followed up several times to let me know their progress in getting the pick-up rescheduled. When we needed to reach the driver, they took care of that, too. My only complaint is that when I called I almost always got voicemail. I did get a call-back within a couple of hours, but it sometimes resulted in phone tag. I was buying a car sight unseen on the strength of the pictures and the seller's reputation, so I was already pretty nervous. It was nice not having to be nervous about the shipping end, as well.
