My experience with Agape Autotransport

My only complaint was the driver did not give very much lead time when he called both to pick up and drop off the car. I would have preferred to have been called more than 30 minutes ahead of time on the pick up. On the drop off, the driver got delayed and did not call to update on a revised drop-off time. The office staff was excellent and responsive.

Matt, thank you so much for your review. It was our pleasure to work with you and assist you with this transport. We are sorry about the lack of notice you received. Carriers usually give between 6-12 hours notice prior to arrival and often times 24 hours notice. We have contacted the carrier about your experience to insure this does not happen in the future. It is unacceptable! Thank you for sharing your experience.
