I transported my car from Arizona to Idaho in december '06. the pick up and drop off was done on time, as per the schedule information given to me a few days before the pick up day. however there was a change in my pick up location (a different address in the same city), but i never had any kind of a problem because the driver called me 2 days before the pick up date and was in touch with me ever since. i thought that was great service. the customer service was great and the car arrived in excellent condition. i will surely use it again if need arises.
