I selected Agape Auto Transport based on their reviews and pricing. I spent the good part of a day looking at reviews on TransportReviews.com and called the top 4 on my list. Agape Auto Transport gave me the lowest bid with what they call "Rock Bottom Price." Basically, if you have some flexibility in when you ship your vehicle, they offer an excellent price. (They also have other pricing options.) I paid $880 and the other two were about $1,000. One of the $1,000 bids said they would send me a check for $50 if I wrote a review on TransportReviews.com. They were one of the companies with the most reviews- no wonder. The fourth company I selected to call did not return my call for two days and I had already made arrangements with Agape.

Agape gave me a one-week window for pick-up, April 19th-26th. I was contacted on April 17th by Agape and told the pick-up would be on the 19th and told the shipper was Fontecilla Trucking Inc. Frank Fontecilla called me on the 18th and arranged for the pick-up on the 19th. I looked Frank up on the Internet and found two reviews- both very positive. He lives in the San Francisco Bay area. I was glad it was picked up on the first day of the 7-day window. I am not good at waiting. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to arrive, it was there in 5 days. I contacted Frank 5 times by cell phone for various reasons and he was either available or called me right back. The car arrived in the same condition it left.

I had contact with Agape at least 8 times, 3 by phone and 5 via e-mail. They were there every time I called and answered my e-mails within a very short period of time. Excellent communication. I was very satisfied with my experience. The Rock Bottom Pricing worked for me, but may not work for everyone. Even if you need to ship expeditiously, I still would recommend Agape based on their customer service.
