I live in Michigan and recently purchased a Lotus from a dealer in Connecticut. I attempted to use the shipping company recommended by the dealer, but just my luck, that company was undergoing a change in management that week and they “forgot” to pick up my car. After a great deal of hassle I canceled with them and researched auto shipping companies on my own. I found Agape Auto Transport online and read the excellent reviews. I figured I would give them a call. I spoke with Nicole and was instantly impressed by her polite professional demeanor. I was amazed by the level of customer service, especially given my experience with the other shipper earlier in the week. I was given a very reasonable quote and an assurance that my car would be picked up no later than a certain date, as well as an estimated delivery date. I was also given the name and contact number of the carrier chosen to transport my car, as well as the name and cell phone number of their truck driver. The driver picked up my car as promised and delivered it a day earlier than I expected. The car was in perfect shape when it arrived. The driver was also polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I am so impressed with Agape Auto Transport that I have already recommended them to a close friend, and I also made sure the dealer had Agape Auto Transport’s contact information in case any of their future customers are looking to ship a car. I would definitely work with Agape Auto Transport again, and give them my highest recommendation!
