HORRIBLE NON-Delivery

Paperwork and shipping details finalized on Feb 17th for pickup on Feb 24th @ Blaine, WA. No more voluntarily communication from Agape agents after they received deposit. I've called/email on 6 occasions to check the status...... I got the same answer every time: we will contact the dispatch to check the status of the pickup. Then I never get a call back from Agape to let me know the "status".

After 2 weeks has passed, I was told on March 10th that the "status" is "there isn't ANY carrier WILLING to go up to Blaine, WA to pick up your car. BUT! BUT! BUT! For an extra $115 dollars at $1025, we can get someone to pick it up tomorrow!!!"

I have given them a total of 3 weeks to schedule this pick-up. Chances are my car will NEVER get picked up unless some carrier just "happens to be in the area". All they are looking for is MORE MONEY. I've read plenty of reviews where people ended up paying $100+ more for what they are quoted for just to get the SAME SERVICE at a LATER DATE! If this is the type of service you provide for lower priced shippers, maybe you shouldn't provide them at all.

I don't believe a customer DESERVES to be yanked around for weeks with anxiety just to be told they need to pay more money to get the same service.

Mr Pojen Lin, first I would like to say that we do our very best to be honest and work hard for every customer. We on average move vehicles at the rockbottom rate in 1-7 days. There are few occasions when a vehicle is located in an area not commonly traveled by carriers...such as Blaine WA. Blaine is way up in northern WA and most carriers do not go up there. This is not to say it is impossible but we did advise you that your transport was not going to fall within the 1-7 day average pickup because of the Blaine location. We did give you status updates during the two weeks we were working on assigning a carrier to pickup your vehicle. After waiting two weeks you decided to upgrade your order to our priority rate to get the vehicle picked up in a guaranteed 1-3 days. When we called you to let you know we had a carrier you decided to cancel. You see, when you placed your order you chose the rockbottom rate (the rate for customers not in a hurry and we advised you it would take awhile), then you decided to upgrade to our guaranteed 1-3 day pickup priority shipping option. You made it sound in your review that we just raised up your price and were trying to get more money from you. Thats not true at all and I feel like you are making us sound terrible, when all we are doing is exactly what is spelled out in the "Conditions of our Quote" which was included with your quote. I am extremely sorry that you feel we have been misleading or are not doing things honestly. We really do our very best for every customer as we did for you. It is our job to inform you fully upfront and I feel we did that. Agape hopes things work out for you. Thank you for the opportunity.
