That is why we, the broker, are able to get the vehicle moved quicker. We have access to thousands of carriers. Your vehicle was picked up the day you wanted and delivered on time. And we actually saved you money. The carriers transport for brokers at a lower rate than if you had called them directly. We provided you excellent service and definitely do not deserve the low rating you gave us.
