I am happy with the overall experience. The driver was prompt, courteous and pleasant to talk with. I bought this car on vacation and did not want to put miles on to drive home, this was the first time I ever shipping a car. I choose an open transport to save some money and expected the car to be filthy when it arrived, as their was very poor weather en route. When the car reached Iowa it was -10 degrees Fahrenheit so I did not do a though inspection, but it look very clean (all cars on the transport looked clean too). Once in the garage I noticed that the car had been "wiped" down this was very distressing to me, as careless cleaning caused many fine scratches to the paint that will require buffing to remove. If I had received a dirty car I would have been much happier!
