Friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable staff. Paid extra for 1-3 day pickup window, and pickup was on the 2nd day. Worth the extra for enclosed shipping. Arrived 9 days after pickup. Driver was great. Expected the worst out of this experience (1st time shipping a vehicle) and received the best service we could have received.
