First, I'm not being paid to submit this review. Second however, I was asked to submit this review, but intended to do so anyway. The total contract cost was $845, however it cost me $860 because I did not have exact cash change for final payment to driver and he did not have change.I was worried and skeptical of any transporter and reviewed various company reviews by customers previous postings. I chose Agape due to comptetive pricing, their reviews and their location in TN. Naturally, I was worried as any car owner is. The car was picked up on the day expected. I was not pleased with the minimal communication of the car hauling driver with hopes they could on the day of pick-up confirm a 2 hour pick-up time on the day of pickup. I had to call the driver to determine exact pickup. I too was not impressed with the communication when I attempted to follow-up on where my car was. However, the car was delivered early and in good shape. It had some road grime/dust which cannot be helped in an open carrier. Oddly enough, this entire event was a tagging teaming event (Agape, the trucking company owner/dispatcher, company driver, origination person, destination person and me) so there was a lot of faith on my part for a classic car delivery. I did not meet the driver on on either end but was informed he was quite thorough with inspection before and after, etc. Again, he delivered early and in good form which is a plus. The only reason this review is not "excellent" is because of the minimal communication when picked up. It would have been nice to hear, "I have your car, in great shape to be delivered in great shape, I'll call you back in 2-3 days becuase as of now my shedule is on time as expected". I have already referred a friend to Agape and would consider using Agape and the MSR Trucking Inc carrier again.
