My problem isn't really with Agape, it is with Granite Peak the actual transport. Agape quoted me $785 total to transport, Agape called me and said that they had a transporter who could pick up immediately if I was willing to pay $50.00 more. I agreed. My car was to be picked up on Wed and at my house by the following Sunday June 18. When it didn't show up I called on Monday June 19 Granite Peak, it wouldn't be there until Friday. When it didn't show up on Friday, June 23 I called again. I was told it would be there on Sunday the 25. It didn't show up so I called again, they didn't know where the driver was. The couldn't locate the driver. Finally on June 28 they located the driver he was still in Montana, he supposedly had to go to court and got held up. When the driver got here on July 1 he claimed to have had the flu. I don't know where my car was for 18 days but I wasn't offered a break on the transportation cost from Granite Peak because of all the problems and lies they have told. So I hope by this Agape and other transporters don't use Granite Peak to transport cars.

We sincerely appreciate your concerns, and appoligize for any problems this has caused you. In the past we had used Granite Peak quite a bit and never received this kind of service at all. It was always great. All it takes is one time before we learn though; we take carriers out of our system who treat customers in this matter. We will not use trucking companies that have treated our customers in anyway bad. We pride our selves on honesty, reliability, and integrity and do not want to offer this sort of service to any customer. We sincerely appologize for this tranport and will strive in the future to make sure something like this never happens again.
