Agape was responsive, and found another carrier for us when we were not happy with the one first sent to us. The carrier we ultimately chose was very friendly. The only reason why it was delayed in arriving is because the truck broke down on the journey. The sales representative at Agape provided good customer service and worked on getting me a carrier I would be happy with.
