I first contacted Agape about moving my 1998 BMW Z3 from Pheonix Arizona to Wheeling West Virgina in March and was given a quote for doing the move. For the next four months I played with the idea of flying out and driving the car back myself. Finally after reading reviews of AGAPE's service and realizing the it was far cheaper than the total cost of me driving the car back I decieded to have the car hauled back for me. (After the four months delay on my part the price was still the same.) I had checked with a number of other brokers, getting lower prices, but kept returing to AGAPE because of the reviews I found on the internet.
From the beginning Christy and all the staff were very patient with me and my numerous questions. Finally I decided and placed the order. Within 4 days they emailed me that a contract had been made with a carrier who would be in touch with my sister at the pickup location in Arizona. Within 3 hours of the email the car was on the truck headed to me. I could not believe how fast it happened. My sister call to inform me what happend. She was impressed with the drivers exam of the car and his carefull handleing of the car. The rig was impressive and very clean.
I was told the car would arrive at my location on the following Monday, seven days after pickup. During the trip I was able to contact AGAPE and the carrier and was given updates on the cars location. As per schedule on the following Monday morning we recieved a phone call from Gary the driver telling us he was in West Virginia, had 2 stops to make prior to us, but he would be at our destination at 7:00 pm. We agreed to meet at a local shopping mall and at exactly 7:00pm the car was being unloaded. To my utter delight it was being carried in an enclosed trailer, I'd only contracted for an open. Gary expained that the timing and locations fit perfectly in his schedule so he took the contract at the lower price, no extrat charge to me.
The car came through the experiece perfectly, I would highly recommend AGAPE, they performed like true professionals.
