Overall the service I received from Agape was good. Personally, I reserve a 5-star rating for companies that go above and beyond what is normally expected. Agape provided service that I consider a bit lower than what is normally expected, but I do recommend using them and I would use them again. The price was very competitive, and overall my vehicle was shipped without damage and nearly on schedule. The few problems I'd like to note are: 1) Notification from Agape to me of the pickup date of my vehicle was the day prior to pickup, which didn't give me much time to prepare, 2) I expressed the preference to have my vehicle picked up toward the end of the 7-day window, but it was picked up the very first available day, 3) I was never able to contact the carrier using the phone # provided by Agape - I recommend that Agape provide the truck driver's contact info, 4) Vehicle delivery was 24 hours later than the estimated delivery date; when I called Agape on the estimated delivery day to ask for a status, Agape called the carrier but couldn't get in touch with anyone - I never received an updated status from Agape between then and when the vehicle was delivered. I was satisfied Agape's responses and actions when I called an expressed the concerns I've listed here. Lastly, in my opinion, the way Agape provides rebates for posting reviews is unethical. If a customer wants to give a rating less than perfect and still receive the rebate, the customer must first call Agape and notify them of the less than perfect rating and tell them why, then post the review and receive the rebate (hopefully - I'll see). I understand Agape's desire to talk to a customer about a less than perfect rating - it shows Agape cares to improve their service - however, the customer should be given the choice as to whether to talk to Agape or not and still receive the rebate. It should require the same effort on the customer's part to receive a rebate for a less than perfect review as it does to receive a rebate for a perfect rating. Many people will simply give a 5-star rating (even if they wanted to give less) in order to get a rebate with much less effort on their part. I'm sure I'm not the only one who realizes this (right, Agape management??).

We appreciate that you would use us again. We take all reviews very serious and thank you for taking the time to post for us. I apologize that the pickup date was the first date Neil gave us. We really try to get the vehicles picked up as soon as the customer says it is ready because most of our customers want it picked up the date they say it is ready. The dates for delivery are estimates and the carrier almost always delivers by that date, however there are times when the carrier will experience a small delay and the vehicle will not arrive by the estimated delivery date. In Neil’s case it was 24hrs later than that and we apologize for that. We also apologize for the phone number to the carrier being incorrect; it turned out they were actually having all phone lines switched over to new ones and somehow some things got missed in the transition…for example messages. They have apologized tremendously for this. Neil we thank you so much for your review and your time in explaining everything that was not satisfactory to you. We really take all of this information and try to improve on our service and make everyone happy. Thank you very much and it is correct you will be receiving a rebate check for posting us a review. Thank you again for your time.
