First time using a transport service

I had just purchased a car for the first time on eBay motors- anxious to get my car from Massachusetts, to Oklahoma. I started researching transport companies, and was nearly overwhelmed at the options! Then I began looking at the reviews- Agape stood out as a company with consistently good reviews. I sent in the easy to use online form for a quote, and within minutes I received a quote back- and shortly after a follow-up call from Christy.

Christy explained in detail the process, she was courteous and careful to make sure that I did not have any unanswered questions. Upon returning the necessary forms, a carrier was lined-up within 24 hours, and on the way to pick up my car! My seller called me to confirm that it had been picked up. Christy called to confirm that car had been loaded as well- I received an email with the drivers cell number, and planned arrival date.... 48 hours later, the driver calls to confirm his arrival at approximate arrival at 7am in Tulsa OK. We plan a meeting spot- 6:15 am the next morning, I have a follow-up call- he is 30 minutes out. We confirm our meeting spot, and the car was delivered in perfect shape!

I would and will call Agape without any hesitation for future transport needs, there service far exceeded my expectations. My friends have been amazed at how smooth my whole experience has been.
