I chose Agape Transport because of the price. It was ~$100 cheaper compared to all the other ones with the good reviews. My car was not picked up on the scheduled date. I e-mailed the customer service department to see if I could get an updated delivery date, but never got a response from them. Also, the driver gave me only 2 hour notice for the delivery! My car was in good condition except it was very dirty, which is understandable since it traveled all the way across the country.

Ms. Miho Ishibashi estimated pickup date was Jan. 31st. It was picked up on Feb. 3rd. We apologize for the delay; however, we do stress to all our customers that all dates are estimated. Sometimes the drivers run into delays that are unavoidable. We don't have any record of Miho emailing our customer service department to check the status of delivery. She did email us on Feb. 3rd to let us know the driver had picked up her vehicle and wanted to know if it would still be delivered on Feb. 10th. We replied to her stating that Feb. 10th was still the estimated delivery date. We did not get any further emails or calls from Miho. We did provide her with the name and phone number of the carrier so that she could contact the driver directly if she chose to. Her estimated delivery date was Feb. 10th and the vehicle was delivered on Feb. 11th. The 2 hr. notice is unacceptable on the driver's part and we will definitely address this with his dispatcher. We are very sorry about that inconvenience. All customers should get a minimum of 6 hours notice. We wish Miho the very best and appreciate her and her feedback.
