I gape to be extremely professional and kept me aware of the status of my order at all times. Their pricing was extremely competitive and the actual shipper was very courteous and careful. The driver called at both ends and was on time for both pickup and delivery. The they found was also local and therefore, very interested in providing great customer service. My car was a BMW convertible and therefore, I was concerned about where it was placed on the truck. However, the driver ensured me it would be put on top thereby eliminating any chance of oil drips. The car did arrive dirty but that was expected based upon the time of year January/February and weather.
