Nice people - but couldn't get the job done

We contracted with Agape on June 25, 2008. We waited. And waited. After 15 days, with nothing scheduled for transport, we flew to Florida to pickup the vehicle ourselves. The trip to pickup the vehicle and drive nearly 3,000 miles home obviously was at great cost both timewise and financially. Agape was wonderful to deal with and was very responsive to emails and phone calls. They were prompt to issue a refund as well. But in the end, they weren't able to fulfill the contract.

Karen and David Cassidy or Arroyo Grande, CA, were very patient while we worked with our carriers to get their vehicle scheduled for transport. We always try our very best to get a confirmed pickup date as quickly as possible. Most of our customers' vehicles are picked up without incident. However, there are occasions where it may take longer than normal. This was the case for Karen and David. We understand that most people want their vehicle transported right away. We never give a guaranteed pickup date because we know that some things are out of our control (availability of carriers being at the top of the list). We are, however, able to offer the deposit back if the customer chooses to cancel when we are unable to assign a carrier within a specified amount of time per the terms and conditions. We are truly sorry that Karen and David Cassidy were inconvenienced and we wish them the very best.
