I would say overall that the service provided was pretty good. The customer service people were responsive to my questions and requests throughout. Although the pickup was later then I expected it would be, but still is was within reasonable time frame. The driver was very nice as well. Finally, I am most impressed with how fast they were able to deliver the car to me. It only took 5 days to ship it from CA to FL, which in my opinion is very fast!
