The transport was scheduled within 2 days of placing my order. Pickup was only a few hours late - understandable, given CA traffic. Arrived in excellent condition as promised. Driver needed to reschedule delivery until following morning, but contacted me early on delivery day to ask for delay. Promptly arrived as scheduled. Very courteous and professional!
