Would definiatly use Agape again

After speaking with other transport companies I learned that a primary benefit of working with a good broker is that they screen the carriers that they hire to pick up your car and the best seem to work with A-rated carriers. Agape found me a carrier service that was reliable and responsive in all communications. Everything went impeccably well, and although I encountered no problems, I felt assured that Agape would have been there to help me through any difficulties. Cali was readily available when I called and had knowledgeable answers to my questions. My only criticism might be that the paperwork/contract I received was missing some of the agreed upon details of the job (such as in my case that I had informed them that I had items in the truck and that the car had a full tank of gas - both items that they ask to be informed of). My recommendation is that any details agreed upon, that are not listed in the standard contract, be emailed by the consumer to the company and emailed back with confirmation. This avoids any miscommunications and misunderstandings that can happen in "any" agreement. Cali was very willing to do this for me. To sum it up, my impression of the people at Agape is that they are honest and competent in an industry that I think can likely often lack a great deal of integrity. I'd highly recommend them to anyone transporting their car.
