The entire process was simple and proceeded on schedule without any problems. Customer service was outstanding, both Agape and the trucker they selected. Upgraded from "rock bottom" rate to "preferred rate" to use the car as long as possible prior to shipping. The pickup was on time, the delivery was fast, the driver was polite and available by cell phone and encouraged calls to answer questions and provide updates while on the road. Would definitely use Agape again without any hesitation. Although getting a specific trucker is the luck of the draw, I would request the same trucker - he was great. It's great to work with a company that really practices the best in customer service.
