Brandie, my contact presented three cost options for transporting my 05 Bonneville from a dealer in Salem, Oregon to my home in Cedar City, UT. Rock Bottom (pickup within 10 business days): $670; Priority (Pickup in 1-3 business days): $920; Expedited (Pickup with one business day): $1120. I picked Rock Bottom, as the lowest price was important to the overall price I was paying for the car, and the potential 10 day pickup was acceptable. I picked Agape due to their being very open about being a Christian based business, plus the price was right.

On working day two (from contract date), when it appeared as if my car might be delivered when we would be out of town, I contacted Brandie and gave her non-delivery dates. On working day four, Brandie notified me that she had a transport company ready for pickup that day, but they wanted an extra $60 for the trip. Apparently, in this industry (auto transport), the brokers guesstimate the cost. The actual transport company may come in higher than the original guesstimate of the broker. My wife and I were both disturbed by the lack of a firm quote. Obviously, the price and the ratings affect choices when picking a company to transport your car! Read on!

I agreed to the extra $60 charge. Pick-up occurred on the fourth working day and delivery to our driveway took two days. The transport company hired by Agape was professional. They were even concerned about the car getting more dirty in transport that they changed from a flat bed to an enclosed trailer for part of the journey. Heh, the car would have been dirty if I had driven it in snow. As one person put it, nothing a car wash can't cleanup. The weather was really bad and the transport company driver took care to be safe. Also, the transport company driver kept in touch. They get an A+.

Overall, Agape did excellent. The car was delivered within six business days of date of contract without damage, even in very bad weather. My only warning to the buyer is that be aware that there is a good possibility that you will have to pay an up-charge to get the car moved over the quoted price. It should be called an estimate rather than a quote. Al things considered, Agape Transport gets an A+, and yes I would use them again.
