I was shipping my car from Illinois to Texas, the car was eligible on the 19th of Dec and the car was shipped on the 26th, i 1st took the Rock Bottom price up to 10 days to be picked up, but quickly changed the contract to Preferred which is picked up in 3 days.My car was picked up on the 26th due to Christmas Eve and Christmas . We also had to throw more money in, also Agape refunded $ 50 back to us, which was a good gesture..Brandi was easy to deal with and would use them again!
