The initial window for pickup came and went and my car was still sitting there waiting to be picked up. I ended up having to pay the driver an extra $500 to get the car picked up and moving. So above the initial quote of $1300 it cost me an additional $500. I wasn't really happy to have to pay that much extra but I wanted the car, so what else was I gonna do...

It was a little frustrating waiting and not hearing much for those three weeks, but I finally got it and it was only dirty, no damage I could find.

John, thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are always happy to hear feedback from our customers. Unfortunately due to the increased demand and location of the pickup of the vehicle, it was more to transport the vehicle. At your request, we looking into several local tow services, but their quotes to transport the vehicle to a more accessible area were $500-$700 more. Per your request, we did not use a local service and had the vehicle transport from the original pickup location. We would love to assist you again if the need arises.
