Car was not running which made it not very attractive to outside carriers. Truck broke down and they were 3 hours away. No communication I Had to phone the driver. They came in a older pick-up with a trailer which was fine for me, they did not seem to happy. Complained about amount of Money they were paid to do the job. This was our third try to move the car, I found out the honesty level in this business is not to good. That is why I went to agape, when the car was delivered thats when agape followed up. Nothing after they pick it up, no tracking and notifing the customer . It was up to the customer to follow up. I was concerend about not being home when they arrived but I was the only one concerned. I called to see when they were coming and thats when I found out about the truck being down. I guess since this need to be long, I was set back when we aggreed on a price and then they called me and said we have someone right away but its going to cost more money!

We also like to provide as many options to our customers. If we have a carrier call and request more money, we provide these options to our customers.
