When you placed your order, you chose the Rock Bottom Shipping option, which guarantees the vehicle to be assigned to a carrier within 10 business days from the date the vehicle is made available. Typically the vehicles are assigned within the first 1-7 days. It is very rare for the vehicle to be assigned to a carrier outside this time frame. (Please note: Assigned does not mean picked up). The vehicle was picked up on the 11th business day. This particular carrier's spot was only $50 more. One of our goals at Agape Auto Transport is to provide our customers with all options available. Carriers may contact us requesting a higher rate in order to transport your vehicle, but it is usually a lot lower than Preferred rate. In this case we will contact you to confirm it. If you are not prepared to pay more, we will continue to assign a carrier to move your vehicle for the RBR quoted. This is rare that this situation occurs, but we always want to present all options to customers. After you approved the increase, we contracted with the carrier for the transport of your Ford F350 Dually. Thank you again for your feedback.
