Great Experience with Agape

Brandie and the Agape team were extremely attentive to our needs and incredibly flexible. We paid an extra $250 for a more firm pickup date and the car was picked up within the 3 days from first available date window. They allowed me to have my parents handle the pickup with their driver as we were already on our way to Nevada. Throughout the entire process, Brandie stayed in contact with us and followed up to make sure we had received the car in a timely manner and without damage.

Before our relocation from TN to NV, we researched car shippers for months - both brokers and actual shipping companies - before settling on Agape. Our key motivators for choosing Agape were 1) Angie's List rating 2) Locally owned company 3) Customer service and 4) Price.

I must note that another reputable transport company quoted us a bit lower than Agape, but then insisted on an extra $200 for a change in zip code (only 60 miles). Agape did not charge us anything extra for the change in pickup location. They were well worth the $35 difference and we would definitely ship with Agape again.

Although we were very hesitant to ship our car due to all the horror stories online, we couldn't have asked for a better experience than Brandie and Agape gave us. Thanks again, Brandie, for excellent customer service and patience over the course of many months.
