After reviewing many random and recommended transport companies, it became clear that this was a highly unregulated field. Transporting a high-end vehicle coast to coast, I searched companies for evidence of licensure, accreditation, unblemished reviews by credible associations (BBB-ratings) and consistent customer satisfaction ratings/ testimonials. Agape Transport Services ranked #1. From initial inquiry to drop-off salutations each of my communications were with the same account manager named Cali, allowing for greater assurance, continuity and accuracy. Cali's customer service etiquette and professionalism were remarkably polished and even-keeled. Her delivery was seamless with absolutely no hard-selling or even soft promises, yet impressionable and pleasant. Company print materials regarding policies, procedures and customer rights/guarantees were comprehensive and completely transparent. My vehicle was retrieved within 24 hrs and delivered to my driveway 7 days later. I expected Agape's network of transport providers would reflect a similar standard of excellence...I was not disappointed. In sum, Agape, was completely worry-free. So much so that my confirmation of arrival call to the west coast dealership included an unsolicited acclaim of Agape Transport Services and a personal endorsement for future referrals. This speaks volumes from a psychologist who rarely extends public endorsements
