This was my first experience shipping a car and it was absolutely horrible!!!! It took almost a month to get my car across country.

For Pick-up:
They gave me an estimated date of pick-up, the day before they said they would come, we called to confirm and said yes. Then the day of, we wait ALL DAY and no call. So hour prior to the office closing, we call them and they tell us the truck "broke" and will not be able to pick up. So we give them another date. That day they guarantee it will be picked up, so we wait ALL DAY AGAIN! Then finally 3 hours prior to pick up (3pm) they call and say we will pick up from 6-10pm. They made us wait all day when we could of gone out for an evening pick up!!! Finally the car was picked up 6 days after we said we it was available.

Enroute:

They put my car in storage for 2 weeks!!!! It just sat there. I needed the car no earlier then January 8th, and they knew that. But they didn't end up shipping my car till January 9th! So it stayed in California till Jan 9th, which was the estimated delivery date! They called and asked if they could store it for a week so it would be delivered on Jan 9, and we said ok. They then said it would be shipped on Jan. 5th and should be there still on time. Then we call January 8th to confirm on time arrival, and they said it still in storage! NO COMMUNICATION! They didn't even call to tell me this! Then I called Agape directly to complaining about the car carrier they used and they said that not possible as their records shows it should be delivered on time. They never even checked in with the car shipper the whole time!

To top it off, they said they would call me the following Monday to follow up. Nope Agape didn't do that. I had to call them!

Then with my car late, I had to rent a car and they would not compensate anything!

THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO HELP!!! All i got was excuses, excuses, and more excuses!!!!! I would never use them again! I thought they would be good cuz everyone here said they were and I had the absolute worst experience!!!! I didn't even get an apology in the end! But instead a please use us again! Really. Why would I, so i can never get my car next time?!?!?!?!

Delivery:

The truck driver was very friendly, but had many delays. My car was already late and he said if he couldn't find a unloading area soon, he would try to deliver it the following day!!! When he was already delayed 4 days from when told me I would have my car.

We sincerely apologize to Brian for his poor experience with Agape. We try very hard to get as much detailed information from our customers and carriers when scheduling transports to ensure a satisfactory experience. The carrier was delayed in picking up the car due to unavoidable mechanical issues. This was communicated with Brian. Brian was informed and agreed to his vehicle being put into storage so that it would not arrive before he did in Florida. The carrier held his vehicle in storage in California prior to transport. We admit that we did not get absolute clarification from the carrier about how long Brian’s vehicle would be put into storage. The carrier assured us that his vehicle would not arrive before Brian did. The carrier said it would be there the day after Brian. Obviously they misled us and Brian. We take responsibility for the miscommunication between Agape and All American Carriers. However, we did communicate with Brian through the whole process by phone and email. We also profusely apologized many times to Brian (contrary to his statement above). We can guarantee that this situation will never happen again. We ask that Brian will forgive us for his terrible experience. We really are very sorry. As you can tell from our reviews, this is an isolated incident and one that will not happen again!
