Everything was great except transport took 6 days which is much too long. I did not ask up front because I've shipped cars before and takes 3-4 days usually. I was told 5 days at pick up, but it was too late to change. The e mail confirmation of pick up then said 6 days, not the 5 days driver said. Regardless, I was stuck waiting. I've used Agape before and have recommended them. This is a new issue with them. Otherwise, they are excellent. I will say the price seems to have gone up quite a bit lately.

Not sure if I will use them again, 6 days from CA to CO much too long.

When we assigned the carrier and sent you the email notification, the estimated delivery date was 7/5. This carrier let us know that he had multiple pick and delivery stops along the route and wanted to give an accurate estimated delivery. Thank you again for the opportunity to assist you with another transport. We hope to assist you again. If you are looking to transport your vehicle, please keep in mind that transport time is usually longer than the time it would take for you to drive the vehicle. This is because the carriers have pickup and delivery stops to make along the way. Also they are federally regulated on how much they can drive daily. The carrier provides us with very accurate pickup and delivery dates and do their best to abide by them. We want to provide our customers with the most accurate information. We want to be honest and realistic when we provide the pickup and delivery dates.
