Cali and Brandy were my contacts at Agape Auto Transport. They were friendly, patient, and knowledgable when they answered my numerous questions on the auto shipping process. I chose the 3 day window shipping option. My vehicle was scheduled quickly by dispatch and picked up on the first day of the three day period which was a Tuesday. The only glitch was the fact I would not be able to receive the car until Saturday since my plane wouldn't arrive until that day. I made a contingency plan to have my real estate agent receive the car if it was before my plane landed. The shipper tried to deliver the car on Friday, which would have been great if I had been there. My agent couldn't accept it for overnight. I called Cali who assured me that the delivery person could not ask for more payment since he had to wait around a day because the order had specified it could not be before Saturday. I waited for Cali's return call after talking to the delivery person. We never got into contact again but when I arrived at my agent's office on Saturday the car was there and my agent only had to hand over the original cashier's check I sent. So everything worked out.
