I am moving from Las Vegas, NV to up state NY and wanted my car to be there when I get off the plane on June 19. I originally went with the rock bottom price of $950 with a 10 day pick up window. I decided I should upgrade to the next level with a 3 day pick up window. Got an email from Brandie at Agape telling me my car was scheduled for pick up on June 6 with delivery on June 14. On June 6 around noon I got a call from dispatch telling me my car would be picked up the next morning and that I'd get a call from the driver about an hour before pick up. At 7am the driver, Sergio, called to let me know he was about 1.5 hours away, had one pick up before me and then he'd call and let me know he was on his way to my house. Sure enough, around 10am he called. He arrived, checked out my car and noticed I had nothing in it to ship along with the car. He reassured me that he was the only driver and that no one would be messing with my stuff. So I loaded the car with suitcases and a few other items. He then loaded my car on the rig, had me sign, a few minutes of chit chat and off he drove. On June 11, I called the dispatch number to check on the status and was told delivery would be on June 14 as planned. My daughter was the one who would take delivery of the car in NY. On June 14 at 5:30pm my daughter still had not heard anything so she called the dispatch number. She was told the driver was about 1.5 hrs away. My daughter called me less than 2 hrs later to report the car was there in excellent condition with all the contents intact. This shipment was a very positive experience in what is a very stressful situation, a long distance move. I will also review US ARK Transport.
