Very Good Customer Service...

Cali was very helpful with the whole process, she was willing to help every step of the way and made sure to explain the whole process since this was my first time shipping a vehicle.

There was a little confusion about when the car was supposed to be picked up. I thought I said one thing, she thought I said another...that is neither here nor there, but in her efforts to explain where the mistake was made, I felt a little frustration on her part. I felt I was charged a tad bit unfair for the $50 cancellation fee, but in all honesty it was probably my fault.

Overall the experience was a good one, Cali was super nice all of the other times we talked, and they worked with both myself and the dealer closely to make sure that I was getting my vehicle in a timely manner. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it with Agape, and I based my decision of the company to go with on their Customer Service reviews, and Agape had that, except for that one incident.
