I was having trouble with another carrier and they would not remove me from the board, in part because I could never officially get hold of them, left many messages, etc. I called Agape, explained my situation, Brandie put a call out for me to their dispatchers and had a carrier set an appt for me in a matter or hours, at the base price. May have been luck, but quite certain not. I have read the other reviews. I thought I could save money with a four star broker, all I did was waste time and got a lot of frustration and really did not spend any more. I found it hard to believe there could be that much of a difference, they are all brokers right? And they all put you on the same board, right? The customer service at Agape was outstanding! You can try another if you like, but if you run into trouble elsewhere, you would be smart to contact Agape for help. - MP : ) PS - Can I give them six stars?
