Agape is a broker and as such is not able to predict exactly which carrier will respond to a transportation request, but they still do the best they can. They answer all questions or get the answers and get back to you. In my case, the transporter was an experienced, knowledgeable driver who goes from D.C. to Florida on a weekly basis and has been doing this for a number of years.

There were no issues or problems encountered. I called Agape a couple of times because I was unsure of the time the car would become available. They had no problem tracking our conversations or having someone else answer my questions on a subsequent phone call.

I would certainly use them again, but I would also make sure that they are still highly rated on Angie's list before contracting with them.
