1st Time Shipping A Vehicle

I had several weeks to research and review hundreds of auto transport services before I made my final decision. Having never shipped a vehicle, I wanted to be certain that I was getting not only a good deal, but using a carrier service that was legit and secure.

I went with Agape Auto Transport out of Tennessee. I chose them because they were licensed, insured, bonded, part of the BBB, and are a Christian-based business. I read their reviews on their website, and also on BBB's website and was very pleased. I contacted them soon after, and had nothing but prompt and polite service.

However, they assigned me Skyline Express carrier service to acutally do the transporting of the vehicle. While my vehicle was picked up on time, and even delivered a DAY EARLY, I would not reccommend using them. I had such a difficult time understanding the drivers/dispatchers that would call or leave a voicemail. They spoke so quickly, I would have to call/email Agape to be the middleman in this situation because I was having trouble communicating with Skyline Express on my own. Also, when I would call Skyline Express main office, usually no one would answer and I would get an automated voice telling me that no one was available...but I was not given the option to leave a voicemail. One of the gentleman even gave me an incorrect VIN# for my vehicle when I called and asked for the # for insurance purposes. The main complaint I have is not with Agape, it is with Skyline Express. The drivers/dispatchers could barely understand me, and I could barely understand them, and in this situation...as with any...proper communication is vital.
