I called for transport on a Friday 10/14/11, and the vehicle was picked up when they said it would be on Monday 10/17/11. Agape said it would my vehicle would be delivered on 10/27/11 in the morning. Agape was great about keeping in touch during the transit period and gave me the number of the driver for updates and due times. Tim was ok at keeping me informed for the first 9 days of the trip. Thursday I was told they were in New Jersey and would not be able to deliver the car. The day I set up the transport company to help me, I stated that I was out of town on Friday 10/28- through 10/30 and would not be home until 8:00 Sunday night on 10/30/11. The dispatch said now the driver was in Wyoming and would not be back until Friday. I spoke with the main office, the dispatcher, and the 2 Drivers Tim and Alex and never received the correct information. They claimed the truck stopped by on Friday 10/28/11 and I was not home. DUH! I said I was out of town to 5 different people all week and this was very obvious that I was out for the three days. I was told they would deliver my Vehicle Sunday night after 8:00 Pm or call Monday Morning. I waited for the call Monday morning and found that the driver was in Montana and dropped off my Vehicle at an Ambulance Lot in NE Philly over an hour away. Now, I was to take off work which was 3 hours of pay loss/ 100.00 and my Gas, to try to find a parking lot of an Ambulance company to retrieve my vehicle. My son and I had a brand new front end put on his 1992 Toyota Celica for $2100.00 24 hours before the vehicle was picked up. It was clean and new bumper and front cowling. When I found the car it was DAMAGED! When the car was taken off the truck, the car slammed into the ramp under the front cowling on both corners causing scrapes deep enough to take out plastic plus paint in a 4 inch by 3 inch areas on both sides of the vehicle. The report that was left by the driver was inaccurate and poor. The report said there was damage on those areas prior, or maybe he was declaring he damaged he caused on the vehicle.
I talked to the dispatcher and he said he wanted the $910.00 cash for letting me have the car. I wanted $300.00 off because it would cost me at least 300 to have the damaged on the (was new) front end fixed. The dispatcher said he would only do $200.00 off and I would need to give him $710.00 to get my damaged car. I was very upset with the dishonesty, the integrity, and poor accountability that AGAPE was representing with my transport. I took my vehicle to an Auto-body shop for an estimate and it was $450.00 to fix. This was very poor service and I feel I should get at least $100.00 more back from the AGAPE transport (Motion Auto Carriers) to help me pay for the repairs they caused on my vehicle. If this does not happen, and the company does not reach out to me, I will be going to the Better Business Bureau, the Media, and news paper national and local explaining exactly what happened and how they corrected the situation. I would not use them if you care about your car.

Mr Underhill, Unfortunately you had not even let us know about this damage at all. We are in the process of investigating the situation. We are thankful that you give high ratings on the service we provided you and our company Agape. We only assign the top carriers in the industry. And that is how we keep our great ratings. We will call you to handle this situation and your requests on this review. It would have been much more fair to give us the opportunity to handle this situation by calling us and letting us know about the situation instead of letting us know through this posting board. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to transport your vehicle. We greatly appreciate it.
