This was out first time to have a car shipped and found Agape online. I got 3 online quotes, including theirs, and their rock bottom rate was the lowest and company reviews the best. Christi was patient with my questions (I was nervous about this process - seem to be so many things that could go wrong!) and made sure I understood the process. I got an email later that morning that the car had been assigned and who and when approx. the car would be picked up. They estimate 1-7 days until pickup with the RBR but our car was available and picked up the day we made the contract. The driver Mark, called me, came by, went over the outside of the car with me, made sure I understood about payment at the other end and off it went. He was in contact with my son who would receive the car and 2 days later it was delivered to my son's front door! Picked up on Wed. delivered on Friday. Just as the email time estimate had said. Could not have been easier. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend. Since we had NO zliches, can't speak to how they handle them!
