This is my first time shipping a car, and I searched so many different companies and finally decided to use Agape due to its Christian centered philosophy. The price was cheap, the staffs were very helpful, and they tried their best to assist me. One of the small problem was actually with the carrier comapny, 'Complete Auto Sales.' Both drivers from the company were great, they pick up/deliver the car right on time, and they were very very friendly. However, one particular person who answered the phone (from Complete Auto Sales) had a horrible attitude. Both a family friend and I called, and the guy was very impatient and didn't even answer our questions. When I tried to call again and asked for the driver's phone number (which Agape asked me to do), the guy questioned me and asked why would I want to know the phone number of the driver. At the end of the conversation, he didn't give me the phone number, and he didn't tell me where my car is.
I understand whatever happened had nothing to do with Agape, and I did contact Agape right away to explain (or rather complain about) the situation. Agape then called Complete Auto Sales and got me the driver's phone number, and they apologized on behalf of Complete Auto Sales for all the drama that had happened.
Overall, my experience with Agape was wonderful, I will absolutely recommend it to other people. Just be careful (and be prepared) with that pretty rude guy from Complete Auto Sales if that's the carrier assigned for you.
