We are sorry you experienced a time delay on the day of drop off. Delivery days and times are estimates because the carrier can get delayed based on traffic conditions as well as other customers putting him behind. This is not common that they estimate the delivery times wrong but there are times when other customers aren't able to accept delivery on time or aren't available for the carrier to deliver. In such cases the carrier is thrown off schedule. Our terms and conditions agreement addresses the details of what to expect in the transport process. We do request a copy be signed and faxed back to us so that we know the customer understands process and what to expect. In addition, please be advised that in the terms and conditions it states that carriers reserve the right to accept cash only. Please check with your carrier prior to delivery to confirm any other sources of payment.
