Horrible company took car for 17 days after pickup-

This Company took my car for 17 days without delivery when I called to follow up they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and refused to give me their bond information. When I called for a refund after 2 weeks of not delivering they never refunded. Driver came 2am demanding money. Horrible experience and ATT is horrible to work with and doesn't care to move my car for over 2 weeks.

We apologize for any inconvenience however this is not all the truth. First you guys lied about it being a shuttle bus and said it was a van. Also stated it was inop. Complained you were getting storage fees so the driver decided to pick it up 2 weeks early, bought a battery to get it running and store it on his lot until he was ready to make the run. You should be happy he didnt charge you storage fees. Readers beware, stay far away from the people Autoserv in MD.
