I was a nervous first-time car shipper. Nina was WONDERFUL! She answered all my questions, gave me reassurance when I was doubtful and stressed, and promised that I WOULD have my car shipped as requested. She was right on all accounts. Striker Service likewise was most comforting and reassuring and kept me apprised as to when the car would be picked up. When a 20" snowfall delayed my flight south, Roger was not concerned, had had a similar situation many times before and resolved how the car would be waiting for me and how to make payment.
