I have never had a car shipped before. I filled out a web form to be contacted by a shipping broker and had about 10 phone calls in the first 15 minutes after submitting the form. Stephen left me a message as I was on the phone with another broker. I found that when I spoke with him he De-mystified the whole process for me and that is why I chose his agency to manage my shipment. I highly recommend their agency to manage the shipping for anyone. My car showed up on time and the crew that was working the truck were very professional and courteous. I have added Stephen's number on my phone as I expect to be using them again.
