When another broker was unable to get a carrier to move my car, Ryan stepped up to the plate and got the job done. Of course, I did buy the "expedited" service, so there was an incentive for the trucker to get the car. Ryan was very courteous and helpful - a real Boy Scout. Compared to the other broker, Affordable is a real winner. Whether it was Affordable's service or the premium that I paid that made it all work, I'm not sure. But the car was delivered one day after it was picked up, and in good condition. I'm happy.
